Shipping & Fulfilment Costs is the cost layer behind every shipment — forward and return courier rates, packaging cost, warehousing fees, and the rules that decide which rate applies (weight slab, zone, courier, channel). Uploading it lets Ocular attach a logistics cost to every order, so per-order contribution margin and channel-level profitability include the cost to deliver, not just the cost to acquire.
What it captures
Logistics and delivery expenses — courier, zone, weight slab, forward and return rates, packaging cost, and effective period.
How to upload
Go to Data Management → Brand Data → Shipping & Fulfilment Costs. Download the template, fill it in, and upload the CSV.
The template fields and validation rules are listed on the upload screen alongside the Download Template button.
