Channel Listing is the SKU × channel matrix — which products are live on which marketplaces, dark stores, or storefronts, and when each listing went live or dark. With it, Ocular can distinguish between a SKU that isn’t selling and a SKU that isn’t listed, and channel-mix views reflect what’s actually for sale rather than the full catalogue.Documentation Index

What it captures
Product listings across sales channels — SKU, channel, listing status, live and end dates, and any channel-specific identifiers.
How to upload
Go to Data Management → Brand Data → Channel Listing. Download the template, fill it in, and upload the CSV.
The template fields and validation rules are listed on the upload screen alongside the Download Template button.
