Marketplace Fees is the cost structure for every platform you sell on — commissions, payment-gateway charges, platform fees, fulfilment fees, and the rules that govern when each applies. Uploading it lets Ocular compute net revenue and contribution margin per channel correctly, instead of relying on gross GMV that overstates what actually lands in your bank account.

What it captures

Platform costs and fee structures — marketplace, fee type, rate or flat amount, applicable category or SKU, and effective period.

How to upload

Go to Data Management → Brand Data → Marketplace Fees. Download the template, fill it in, and upload the CSV.
The template fields and validation rules are listed on the upload screen alongside the Download Template button.
