The quick-commerce path is its own track. Start it once D2C Level 1 is in place, or independently if quick commerce is your primary channel.

Goal: Get full visibility into your quick-commerce business — orders, revenue, and ad spend across each platform you sell on.

Level 2 — Competitor intelligence and availability

Goal: Layer competitor intelligence on top of your own QC numbers — see how you stack up against the brands you compete with on the same shelves.
You should be able to answer:

Where am I out of stock versus my competitors on each platform and pincode?

Share of shelf

What’s my share of shelf on each keyword ?

Price benchmarks

How do competitors price and discount the same SKUs I’m selling ?
Configure:
Add the brands and SKUs you want to monitor on each quick-commerce platform. Unlocks Competitor Insights and Availability — out-of-stock comparisons against each competitor, share-of-shelf by pincode and dark store, and price/discount benchmarks on the SKUs you’ve flagged.
