# Marketplace Fees

> Provide each marketplace's commission, payment, and platform-fee structure so net revenue and contribution margin land accurately.

Marketplace Fees is the cost structure for every platform you sell on — commissions, payment-gateway charges, platform fees, fulfilment fees, and the rules that govern when each applies. Uploading it lets Ocular compute net revenue and contribution margin per channel correctly, instead of relying on gross GMV that overstates what actually lands in your bank account.

    Go to **Data Management → Brand Data → Marketplace Fees**. Download the template, fill it in, and upload the CSV.
