# Branding & Offline Media Spends

> Capture offline and non-tracked marketing investments — TV, OOH, print, sponsorships — so they show up in your spend and P&L views.

Branding & Offline Media Spends is the bucket for everything that doesn't flow in through an ad-platform API — TV, OOH, print, radio, sponsorships, PR, and similar non-tracked marketing investments. Uploading it gives Ocular a complete picture of total marketing spend, so blended efficiency metrics (true ROAS, MER, contribution margin) reflect reality instead of only digital outlay.
