# Agency & Miscellaneous Costs

> Log agency retainers, tooling subscriptions, and other non-media operating costs in Ocular so they roll into the P&L alongside paid spend.

Agency & Miscellaneous Costs is the bucket for everything that isn't media spend but still belongs in marketing or operations P\&L — agency retainers, freelance fees, tooling, photoshoots, and other one-off invoices. Uploading it gives Ocular the inputs to show fully-loaded marketing cost and contribution margin, not just the platform-reported spend.

    Go to **Data Management → Brand Data → Agency & Miscellaneous Costs**. Download the template, fill it in, and upload the CSV.
